“Draw a Heart” – Leddy Hammock

“Draw a Heart” – Leddy Hammock

Inspired by lyrics to “Infinite Surface of the Heart” by Sloan Wainwright:

“How is a life tattooed upon the heart? What is the way that it is drawn? Does it require a steady hand? Who holds the pen, holds the pen?

How do you choose the best design? Where do the colors begin and end? Are there limits? Is there room? Is it different for everyone? … The measure of a heart and all it holds, the sacred Truth of what I know . . . . How is a life tattooed upon the heart? . . . Ever expanding, endless canvass, the infinite surface of the heart.”

In every decision, I take Spirit’s guidance to heart. My heart is designed for Love and drawn to Love.

All through my life, Spirit strengthens and seals my heart with signs of love. The sacred Truth I know is that God loves me and has drawn a heart around my life.
