Inspired by lyrics to “Everything Changes” by Sue Riley and Tom Kimmel:
“Used to be when things got crazy, I’d get to feeling low. But, I found out I can’t let that phase me ….
Sometimes we all feel disconnected…. It’s kind of strange, but it’s true: when everything changes, I can change anything.
Turning the pages, everything’s new.
If life’s little stages are teaching me anything, it’s everything changes and I can change, too.

“There is an appointed time for everything, and a time for every affair under the heavens . . . . A time to scatter stones, and a time to gather them . . . . a time to keep, and a time to cast away” (Ecc. 3:1-6).
When everything changes, I can change anything.
Turning the pages, everything’s new.
“Abram went as the LORD directed him . . . . From there he moved on . . . . Then Abram journeyed on by stages” (Gen. 12:4-9).
If life’s little stages are teaching me anything,
it’s everything changes and I can change, too.
“Behold, I tell you a mystery.… we will all be changed” (I Cor. 15:51).
When everything changes, I can change anything.
Turning the pages, everything’s new.
“Whenever the cloud rose from the tabernacle, the Israelites would set out on their journey. But if the cloud did not lift, they would not go forward; only when it lifted did they go forward. The cloud of the LORD was over the tabernacle by day, and fire in the cloud at night …. in all the stages of their journey” (Ex. 40:36-8).
If life’s little stages are teaching me anything,
it’s everything changes and I can change, too.
