Inspired by “Getting’ Better Ev’ry Minute” by Richard Mekdeci:
It’s getting better ev’ry minute, getting better ev’ry day….
There’s a channel of peace being sent from above
Bringing us this message on the wings of a dove – It says,
It’s betting better ev’ry minute, getting better ev’ry day….
If we’re wise, we surely know; what we feed will always grow ….
So I walk through my life and do my best to be cheerful
Because I know it’s a choice and it’s better than fearful.
So when my friends smile and say, “Hey how ya doin’ today?”
I will choose to answer in a positive way – I say,
“I’m getting better every minute, getting better every day!”

Look how far we’ve come together!
It’s getting better every minute, getting better every day.
“Those who sow in tears will reap with cries of joy. Those who go forth weeping, carrying sacks of seed, will return with cries of joy, carrying their bundled sheaves” (Ps.126 5-6).

If we’re wise, we surely know; what we feed will always grow.
So, I walk through life and do my best to be cheerful, because I know it’s a choice and it’s better than fearful.
“Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; You shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am’” (Isaiah 58:8, NKJV).
