The 23rd Psalm (New International Version) is the basis for this powerful Resurrection message, inspired also by lyrics by Sue Riley.
Jesus knew this prayer by heart and lived it perfectly.
As we also learn this message by heart, we welcome a brand new day.

He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul” (Psalm 23:1-3).
“Though I walk in deepest shadows, I will have no fear.
I journey with the Shepherd, He walks beside me.”
“He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk
through the darkest valley, Or the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff, they comfort me” (Psalm 23:3-4).
“With His strength he gives me courage,
May His wisdom be my guide.
His rod and His staff, they go before me.”
“You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows” (Psalm 23:5).
“Within the greenest meadows, beside the deep, cool stream,
I will rest in the comfort of eternal love.
My cup is overflowing, You anoint my head with oil.
I am safe in Your presence, Oh, Eternal One.”
“Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life, and I will dwell
in the house of the Lord forever” (Psalm 23:6).
“Surely goodness and mercy will always follow me
All of the days and the nights of my life.
The Lord is my shepherd, I will have no fear.
The Lord is my shepherd, I will have no fear.
The Lord is my shepherd, I will have no fear.”
