Jesus said: "It is written: 'One does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God'" (Mt. 4:4).
God’s love deep within me satisfies my longing heart and fills my mind and body with all that they require to make my life full and complete.
“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God” (I. Cor. 10:31).
I bless everything I eat or drink, following my inner guidance in choosing good thoughts and good nourishment for my body temple.
Jesus said to His disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life and what you will eat . . . . For life is more than food . . . . As for you, do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, and do not worry anymore . . . . Your Father knows” [what’s good for you] (Lk. 12:22-9).
Weight is not a problem for me and worry is not on my diet. I see myself in the mirror of Truth – healthy and good looking – as God sees me.
“Come now, let us set things right, says the LORD . . . . If you are willing, and obey, you shall eat the good things of the land” (Isaiah 1:18,19).
I beginning a new mental diet: Good words of Truth and love keep me happy and healthy.
